The Contest opens on Monday, November 25, 2013, at 9:00 am EST (the “Contest Opening Date”) and closes on Friday, January 3, 2014, at 11:59 pm EST (the “Contest Closing Date”) (the period between the Contest Opening Date and the Contest Closing Date is the “Contest Period”).
1 To be eligible for this contest (“Contest”), an individual must:
a. be a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada; and
b. be at least the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
PRIZES
4.1 There are three (3) grand prizes to win, each consisting of (each a “Grand
Prize”) :
– Coupons redeemable for free cheese of the brands Alexis de Portneuf and DuVillage 1860, having an approximate total value of one hundred and fifty dollars in Canadian currency ($150 CAD);
– A set of reception accessories having an approximate total value of four hundred dollars in Canadian currency ($400 CAD) for reception accessories; and
– A gift-card to the alcohol retailer in the province or territory residence of the Selected Participant of four hundred and fifty dollars in Canadian currency ($450 CAD) for bottles of champagne.
4.2 The total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is one thousand dollars in Canadian currency ($1,000 CAD).
4.3 There are six (6) secondary prizes, each consisting of (each a “Secondary Prize”) (the Grand Prizes and the Secondary Prizes are together the “Prizes”) :
– Coupons redeemable for free cheese of the brands Alexis de Portneuf and DuVillage 1860, having a total value of thirty dollars in Canadian currency ($30 CAD); and
– A gift-card to the alcohol retailer in the province or territory of residence of the Selected Participant, in the amount of seventy dollars in Canadian currency ($70 CAD) for a bottle of champagne.
4.4 The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is in the amount of one hundred dollars in Canadian currency ($100 CAD).
4.5 The Prizes will be mailed to the Winners via registered mail within thirty (30) days of the reception of the executed Declaration and Release Form (hereinafter defined).
