Prizes:
There will be a total of 1 prize. The Winners of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive (1) SleepOvation Mattress, size of their choice, retail $1340.00 – $1949.00 USD. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by SleepOvation LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at SleepOvation’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for SleepOvation LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
