ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must (a) be a legal resident of the region indicated below (only checked boxes apply): Provincial. Not applicable. Canada (excluding Quebec). Not applicable. Canada (national). Any province or territory in Canada.
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 13, 2020 and ends at 10:00 a.m. ET on April 30, 2020 (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. The Contest Providers’ designated server’s clock will be the official time keeper for the Contest Period.

PRIZING. (a) Prizing for this Contest includes:
Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of a trip for two (2) to Montreal, Quebec taking place from July 10, 2020 to July 12, 2020 to see Bon Jovi, which shall include:
(i) round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest leaving together on the same itinerary at the same time and from the same gateway from the Canadian airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, St. John’s) to Montreal, Quebec (the “Flight Portion”). If the Grand Prize Winner resides within two hundred kilometres (200 km) of Montreal, Quebec, the Flight Portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded;
(ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodation at a Montreal to be selected by Contest Providers in their sole discretion for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest based on double occupancy; and
(iii) two (2) tickets to see Bon Jovi live in concert at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec on July 11, 2020.
The Grand Prize has an approximate value of TwoThousand Dollars (CDN $2,000.00). The actual value of Grand Prize will depend on departure city.
