CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest begins on May 27, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 4, 2013 at 9:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Contest Period“).

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of: 2013 Ford Mustang GT Coupe Boss (the “Vehicle”) with an approximate retail value of $55,000. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. The Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize with another vehicle, or other prize (including, without limitation, a cash award) of equivalent or greater value for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, production delays caused by labour disruptions, part shortages, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

The Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment. Option packages, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by the Sponsors. Color of exterior and interior based on availability. The Sponsors are responsible for all applicable taxes, delivery and PDI for the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated above as being included in the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner, including without limitation, registration and license fees, insurance, and any additional accessories or   option packages  requested (if permitted by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion).

The Vehicle will be delivered to the winner at the Ford dealership closest to the winner’s residence. The delivery date of the Vehicle is subject to product availability and may take up to 6 months after the draw date.  The winner must take delivery of the Vehicle within 30 days of notification that the dealership has received the Vehicle. As the model year progresses, changes may occur in some of the specifications, features, optional equipment and pricing.  The Sponsors reserve the right to make such changes.  Optional equipment may vary by region.

The winner will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
