The “Win a Kobo Aura contest!” (hereafter “Contest”) is organized by “StyleatHome.com”– property of TC Media G.P. (“TC Media”). It starts on “May 24th, 2013” and closes on “June 28th 2013” at “11 :59 pm” (EDT). Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Daylight saving Time (EDT).
PRIZES
“One” (1) winners will be awarded the following; One (1) Kobo Aura ($169.99). Total approximate retail value of “$169.99” Canadian dollars (hereinafter the “Prize”). TC Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the Prize with another of a comparable value or with the Prize value in money if it is not possible to award it to the Winner as described in paragraph 4 above for any reason.
