24 days of Giveaway – Advent Calendar

The Contest begins on December 1, 2016 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 24, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). For the purposes of this Contest, there will be twenty-four (24) Days (each, a “Day” and collectively the “Days”). Each Day begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, associated and affiliated entities, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsor, the “Contest Parties”).

PRIZES:

There will be a total of two hundred and thirty-one (231) Prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) available to be won as follows:

Grand Prize:There will be one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won consisting a $2400 CAD travel gift card voucher. Gift card voucher are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. The Sponsor will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, the nature and composition of gift card vouchers that make up the Grand Prize.

Daily Prizes: There will be a total of two hundred and thirty (230) Daily Prizes (each, a “Daily Prize” and collectively, the “Daily Prizes”) available to be won, each consisting of: (i) $20 CAD worth of Avery products (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and (ii) a $25 CAD gift card. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. The Sponsor will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, the nature and composition of the gift card(s) that are included with each Daily Prize. There will be a total of ten (10) Daily Prizes available to be won in relation to each Day of the Contest Period. There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person, per Day. Daily Prize winners remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.
