The Contest runs from April 21st, 2014 at 10:00:00a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) until May 12th, 2014 at 9:00:00 a.m. EDT (the”Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To enter and be eligible to win, entrants and participants must be:
(a) legal residents of Canada;
(b) at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their province of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry.
PRIZE
3.1 There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”)available to be won, consisting of:
· One(1) “Ea9010 Krups Super Automatic Espresso Machine”
(approximate retail value: Three thousand Canadian dollars (CDN $3,000.00));
· One(1) “401716 All-Clad 14 Piece Stainless Steel Set”, which includes:
· 10”& 12” Fry Pan,
· 2Qt& 3Qt Sauce Pans,
· 3Qt& 6Qt Saute Pans,
· 8QtStock Pot,
· Chef’sPan and 6 lids,
(approximate retail value: One thousand three hundred Canadian dollars (CDN $1,300.00));
· One (1)set of “Krups Logo coffee canister, jug, shaker and 4 stencils” (approximate retail value: One hundred Canadian dollars (CDN$100.00));
· One (1) photo shoot to promote their new role
(approximate retail value: Five hundred Canadian dollars(CDN$500.00)); and
· One (1)cash payment of Five hundred Canadian dollars (CDN $500.00).
The total approximate value of the Prize is Five thousand four hundred Canadian dollars (CDN $5,400.00).
