The Contest commences at 12:00:00 AM midnight Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 9, 2016 and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2016 (the “Contest Period”). All times are Eastern Time.
To enter the Contest and be eligible to win a Prize (see rule 5), a person (“Entrant”) must be a legal resident of Canada who at the time of entry has reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which he/she resides.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) Secondary Prizes (herein collectively referred to as “Prizes” and each individually as a “Prize”) available to be won.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a trip for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Guest)) to any one (1) 2016/2017 music festival anywhere in the world as selected by the winner (subject to the monetary limit set out below (the “Event” ) including; round trip economy airfare for the winner and his/her Travel Guest departing from the Canadian international airport (“Departure Point”) nearest the winner’s residence to the winner’s chosen Event destination; hotel accommodation (including all-inclusive resorts if available), subject to availability, based on double occupancy as selected by the Sponsor and two (2) tickets to the Event selected by the winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize may vary depending on departure point, the location of Event chosen, length of trip, number of hotel nights and is up to a maximum of $7,000.00 (CDN). Any difference between such approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize as taken will not be awarded. In the event that the winner selects an Event at a location that has a value that exceeds the maximum Grand Prize value of $7,000.00 (CDN), the difference will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Secondary Prizes: There will be ten (10) Secondary Prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) Hydro Silk Base Handle and Hydro Silk TrimStyle Razor, one (1) packet of Hydro Silk Refills (4 pack) and one (1) Skintimate Shave Gel. The ARV of each Secondary Prize is $75.00 (CDN).
