This contest (the “Contest“) is sponsored by Burnbrae Farms Limited (“the Contest Sponsor“). The contest runs from 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on May 1, 2015 to 11:59:59 E.T. to October 31, 2015 (the “Contest Period“).

The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside.

Prizes

Monthly Prizes – There are two (2) Monthly Prizes available to be won for each of the six (6) Monthly Entry Periods, consisting of:

1. MONTHLY PRIZE ONE (if the selected entrant is a resident of Canada excluding Quebec): Selected entrants who are residents of Canada excluding Quebec are eligible to receive one (1) 1-Year GoodLife Fitness Membership (ARV: $800). The terms and conditions of GoodLife Fitness apply. Winning participants who receive the one (1) 1-Year GoodLife Fitness Membership will be required to enter into the standard written GoodLife Membership Agreement as applicable. Any winning participant’s right to receive the above-noted Prize is subject to the participant signing the applicable agreement(s) as presented. If a selected entrant is a current member of GoodLife Fitness, they will instead be eligible to receive (1) cash Monthly Prize in the amount of eight hundred dollars (ARV: $800), in lieu of the GoodLife Fitness Monthly Prize (cash Prize for current GoodLife Fitness members to be provided by the Contest Sponsor).
