The Canada Dry* Barenaked Ladies GiveawayContest
The Contest begins on November 20th, 2017at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 11th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.ET (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are the age of majority or older at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents, officers or directors (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judgingor fulfillment of the Contest(collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

THE PRIZES:
DAILY PRIZES: There are a total of twenty-two (22) Barenaked Ladies prize packages (1 per day) available to be won (each a “Daily Prize”) each consisting of: a Barenaked Ladies branded t-shirt, hoodie, tote bag and ‘FakeNudes’ CD. The approximate retail value of each Daily Prize is $120.00 CDN.
CONCERT TICKET PRIZES: There are seven (7) pairs of Barenaked Ladies concert tickets available to be won (1 pair per Region, as defined below) (the “Concert Ticket Prize”) as more specifically set out below. The approximate retail value of each Concert Ticket Prize is $150.00 CDN.
Concert Ticket Prizes will be awarded per “Region”, defined as each of Alberta,Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario and as more specifically described in the chart below. For the purposes of these Contest rules, each “period” commences and ends according to the dates and times set out in the chart below.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, inits sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Prizes will only be awarded to the person whose verifiable full name and valid email address appears on the Form.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to each Prize: (i) other specifics of each Prize will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor and subject to availability; and (ii) where applicable, each confirmed Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses, including any travel, transportation, accommodation or other expenses, that are not specifically and expressly included in the Prize descriptions above. In order to accompany theConcert Ticket Prize winner, the Concert Ticket Prize winner’s guest must have reached the age of majority in his/her Province or Territory of residence.
