The Contest commences on August 20, 2016, 2016 at 11:00 AM (ET), and closes on October 30, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada who are the parent of legal guardian of a minor under the age of majority in his / her province of residence on the closing date, are resident and present in Canada at the time of entry.

During the Contest Period, there will be a total of Five (5) recipes that will be published during the Contest Period (each recipe a “Participating Recipe”).

There are a total of three (3) prizes (each a “Grand Prize” or “Prize”) available to be won in the Contest. Each Grand Prize consists of ten thousand Canadian dollars ($10,000.00 CAD) to be awarded in the form of a cheque issued to each Grand Prize winner in his/her name which may be used towards a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) for the winner’s child.
