The $500 Holiday Shopping Spree Contest

The $500 Holiday Shopping Spree Contest (the “Contest”) begins on December 3rd, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. local time, and ends on December 12th, 2017 at 9 p.m. local time, (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence. Despite the foregoing, employees of Red Apple Stores Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and/or any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable Canadian municipal, provincial/territorial and federal laws and regulations (collectively “Laws”). By entering this Contest, each entrant: (i) agrees to comply with these Contest Official Rules (the “Rules”) and all Laws; and (ii) confirms having read these Rules and agrees to be legally bound by these Rules.

PRIZES: There are three (3) prizes (a “Prize”) available to be won. The Prize consists of three (3) $500 CAD Red Apple/The Bargain! Shop gift cards. Each gift card will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Each Prize will only be awarded to the entrant whose verifiable full name and valid email address appears on the applicable Entry Form. Each Prize must be picked up at a Red Apple Store or The Bargain! Shop Store during its regular business hours.
