The “Amazing Refresh Challenge” Contest (hereafter referred to as the “Contest”) is held by Perfetti Van Melle (the “Contest Organizers”). It will take place online from June 28, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. (ET) through September 20, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open to all Canadian residents aged 13 years and over who have a Facebook account (you can create a Facebook account for free at www.facebook.com).
PRIZES 5. In all, three (3) grand prizes and eleven (11) weekly prizes will be awarded, worth a total of $25,000. 6. Grand prizes. Three (3) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize has a total value of $6,500 and consists of a $5,000 gift certificate redeemable at Encore Voyages travel agency and $1,500 in spending money, which will be awarded to winners by cheque. The following conditions apply to each grand prize: 6.1 The gift certificate may only be used on a single occasion, unless otherwise stipulated by the gift certificate issuer. If the total value of the gift certificate is not used on a single occasion, the winner will not be entitled to receive the balance as a credit or reimbursement. 6.2 The gift certificate is valid for a period of one year following the date of issue. If the gift certificate is not used during this period, the winner will not be entitled to a credit or reimbursement. 6.3 The gift certificate is subject to all applicable restrictions and conditions stipulated on the gift certificate itself or that may be provided to the winner by the prize supplier. 7. Weekly prizes. Eleven (11) weekly prizes will be awarded during the Contest Period. Each weekly prize will consist of $500, awarded to winners by cheque.
