The TESTED for Likes in Canada contest
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins on Friday, June 9th , 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on Thursday, June 22nd , 2017 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (a) be a legal resident of Canada; excluding Quebec (b) be 18 years of age or older in your province/territory at time of entry ; and (c) have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.

PRIZES. (a) The prize is hereafter referred to as the “Prize”. A Prize winner is hereafter referred to as a “Winner”. (b) There are five (5) Prizes available to be won each Prize consisting of the following: (i) $1000 in the form of Canadian Tire gift cards. (c) Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate retail value of the Prize, if any. (d) The Prize will be mailed to the winner within five (5) business days after each Winner has been successfully contacted, notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein. (e) Each potential Winner is only eligible to receive one (1) Prize. (f) The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its and its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. (g) The Sponsor shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
