The Scotts EZ Seed Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by The Scotts Company LLC, doing business as Scotts Canada (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 22, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on June 02, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must (i) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec); (ii) have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
PRIZES: There are a total of seventy-five (75) prizes (herein referred to individually as a “Prize” and collectively as “Prizes”) available to be won (twelve (12) each for Weekly Contest Period 1 to 5 and fifteen (15) for Weekly Contest Period 6– see rule 3). Each Prize consists of one (1) Scotts Turf Builder EZ Seed 1.7Kg Jug and will be issued in the form of a coupon. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $19.99 (CDN). Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one (1) Prize per household throughout the Contest Period.
