Sweepstakes Period: The La-Z-Boy Design Dash 2018 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins November 12, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 16, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET the (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of La-Z-Boy Incorporated (theand each of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in the same household [whether or not related] of such employees, officers, and directors) are not eligible to participate or win.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”): Grand Prize (1): Up to $15,000 in La-Z-Boy furniture at your choice of an authorized La-Z-Boy retailer in the United States or Canada. Entire $15,000 U.S. Dollar amount must be used at one location, at one time, toward the purchase of La-Z-Boy furniture, and may not be sub-divided, allocated or distributed in any other fashion. No cash equivalent and prize is non-transferable. Other costs associated with the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, sales and other taxes, insurance, duties, delivery fees, any travel and transportation costs associated with redeeming the prize, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner cannot accept a prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $15,000 U.S. Dollars.
