PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 12:00:00 PM (noon) Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on May 2, 2016 and ends at 5:00:00 PM EDT on September 5, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible for a chance to win a Prize a person must be, at the time of entry into the Promotion: (a) an individual legal resident of Canada; (b) located in Canada; (c) of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence.
PRIZES:
Weekly Prizes: A total of eighteen (18) Weekly Prizes are available to be won with one (1) Weekly Prize awarded for each Week during the Promotional Period. Each Weekly Prize consists of: (i) a $100.00 CDN in pre-paid gift card as selected by the Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion; (ii) a LiteHawk® Quattro Snap R/C Camera Drone (includes a 512Mb Micro SD Card, USB reader, rechargeable battery and charger); and (iii) one (1) case (12 jars) of Bick’s pickles as selected by the winner (see below for list of varieties to select from). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize ranges from $210.00 to $255.00 CDN which is dependent on the type of Bick’s pickles a winner selects.
Each Weekly Prize winner will select one (1) variety from the following: Bick’s 1L Garlic Baby Dills Pickles, AVR of a case is $43.00 CDN; Bick’s 1L No Garlic Dill Pickles AVR of a case is $37.00; Bick’s 750mL Hot Pepper Rings, AVR of a case is $55.00; Bick’s 500mL Sandwich Savers® Hot’n Spicy Pickles, AVR of a case is $33.00; or Bick’s 375mL Sweet Green Relish, ARV of a case is $19.00. No request will be accepted to mix two or more varieties to make twelve (12) bottles which represent a case.
The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. If a purchase (including any applicable taxes) exceeds the value of the gift card, the winner will be responsible for any amount due which is over the $100.00 CDN value of the gift card (or the available balance at the time of purchase). If any purchase does not exceed the gift card value, the remaining available balance will not be paid in cash to the winner but will remain on the gift card.
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of: (i) $5,000 CDN issued in the form of a cheque payable in the Prize winner’s name as it appears on his/her entry form; and (ii) three (3) cases (12 jars per case) of Bick’s pickles. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,111.00 CDN using an average value of $37.00 per case for the Bick’s pickles.
The Grand Prize winner can select three (3) different varieties of Bick’s pickles, or three (3) cases of the same variety or can choose two (2) of one variety and one (1) of another variety from the following: Bick’s 1L Garlic Baby Dills Pickles, AVR of a case is $43.00 CDN;Bick’s 1L No Garlic Dill Pickles AVR of a case is $37.00; Bick’s 750mL Hot Pepper Rings, AVR of a case is $55.00; Bick’s 500mL Sandwich Savers® Hot’n Spicy Pickles, AVR of a case is $33.00; or Bick’s 375mL Sweet Green Relish, ARV of a case is $19.00. Seriously!!! 3 Cases of Pickles!! Wooo hooo!!! I would think I had died and gone to heaven!!! The $5000 I’d pay off whoever it was who cancelled the red hamburger relish to get a case of that!!
