PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a contest (“Contest”) and a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Promotion consists of five (5) phases as set forth in the chart below (“Promotion Phase”): Promotion Phase Start Date (at 12:00 A.M. ET, except on 8/17/15) End Date (at 11:59:59 P.M. ET) Submission Phase 8/17/15 at 12:00 PM (noon) 9/18/15 Judging Phase 1 9/19/15 9/21/15 Voting/Sweepstakes Phase 9/22/15 10/9/15 Judging Phase 2 10/10/15 10/18/15 Winner Announcement Phase 10/19/15 10/30/15 Administrator’s computer is the official clock of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom who are thirteen (13) years and older at the time of entry.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS: A. Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest grand prize includes a $5,000 USD check (made payable to the winner), and the entrant’s winning entry featured on a BeanBoozled packaged item. The ARV of the Contest Grand Prize is $5,000 USD / $6,324.75 CAD. The prize will be fulfilled in US dollars. No more than one (1) Contest Grand Prize will be awarded. B. Contest First Prize (1): The Contest first prize is a $500 USD check (made payable to the winner). The ARV of the Contest First Prize is $500 USD / $632.48 CAD. The prize will be fulfilled in US dollars. No more than one (1) Contest First Prize will be awarded. C. Contest Second Prize (1): The Contest second prize is a $250 USD check (made payable to the winner). The ARV of the Contest Second Prize is $250 USD / $316.24 CAD. The prize will be fulfilled in US dollars. No more than one (1) Contest Second Prize will be awarded. D. Sweepstakes Prizes (10): The Sweepstakes prize is one (1) BeanBoozled 1.9 oz Bag, one (1) BeanBoozled Jumbo Spinner Gift Box and one (1) BeanBoozled Mystery Dispenser. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Prize is $34.49 USD / $43.63 CAD. No more than ten (10) Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Phase.
