The Dymo Label to Win Contest (the “Contest“) is sponsored by Newell Industries Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor“). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on August 4, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2015 (the “Contest Period“). All times are Eastern times.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must (i) be a legal resident of Canada; (ii) have reached the age of majority at time of entry in the province or territory in which he/she resides.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize“) available to be won consisting of a $5,000 (CDN) Staples gift card (the ” Gift Card“) which may be redeemed at participating Staples retail locations and www.staples.ca. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or for resale. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of equal or greater value, without liability.
ii. Instant Win Prizes: Each entrant receiving a “Congratulations!” message (see rule 2(4)(i)) is eligible for one (1) of four hundred (400) instant win prizes (each an ” Instant Win Prize“) available to be won, consisting of one (1) of the following:

The total value of all Instant Win Prizes available to be won is approximately $9,000 (CDN). See back of Gift Card for terms and conditions and restrictions. Gift Card has no cash surrender value and no expiry date. Any unused portion of a Gift Card will remain on the Gift Card until the total value of the Gift Card is used (for example: if a Gift Card is valued at $50 and $20 is used for the first purchase, $30 will remain on the card and so forth until the total value of the Gift Card is used). Instant Win Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, exchange or assignment.
