The Contest Period is composed of the following stages: a. Entry Period: Begins on Wednesday, February 1^st, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. EASTERN TIME (“EST”) and ends on Tuesday, February 7^th, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST b. Judging Period: Begins on Wednesday, February 8^th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends on Wednesday, February 8^th, 2017 at 12:00 p.m EST. c. Contact Period: Begins on Wednesday, February 8^th, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends on Friday, February 10^th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Staub Canada and/or Zwilling J.A. Henckels Canada (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or agents, advertising and promotion agencies and the Contest judges. This contest is not open to residents of Quebec province.
