To enter contest by mail, create a ballot by hand marked “Gift Card Giveaway” indicating the following information: your full name, address, home telephone number, and valid email address, and mail the ballot to the attention of Marketing at Elte, 80 Ronald Ave, Toronto ON M6E 5A2. Contest closes December 31, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. There is one (1) prize available to be won. Winner will be selected from pool of email subscribers and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
