The RUDSAK SAMPLE SALE CONTEST (the “Contest”) begins on April 1^st, 2015 at 5 p.m. (EDT) and runs until May 3^rd, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. (EDT) (the “Promotion Period”).

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada having reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides at the beginning of the Promotion Period.

DESCRIPTION OF ALL PRIZES (4):

There will be one (1) grand prize and Three (3) secondary prizes (herein collectively referred to as the “Prizes”).

The grand prize consists of:

(i)                 One (1) Rudsak® gift card in the amount of One thousand dollar ($1000)

The secondary prizes consist of:

(ii)               Three (3) Rudsak® gift cards each in the respective following amounts;

1. One (1) Rudsak® gift card in the amount of Five hundred dollars ($500); and
2. Two (2) Rudsak® gift card in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) each.

The total approximate retail value of the Prizes is Two Thousand Canadian dollars (CND$2, 000). The Prizes are non-redeemable for cash
