Online Survey: Make a purchase (of any amount) at a participating Wal-Mart Canada retail location between July 18, 2015 and July 17, 2016 and look on your cash register receipt (“receipt”) for a survey invitation.
Sweepstakes Period.
The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on July 31, 2016, however, mail-in entries will be accepted up to August 1, 2016 for the drawing on August 18, 2016
Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.
Prizes.
There are a three (3) prizes available to be won at the November 18, 2015 and the February 18, 2016 drawings (see Rule 4 above). There is one (1) prize available to be won at each of the drawings from March 11, 2016 to August 18, 2016 (see Rule 4 above). Each prize consists of one (1) Wal-Mart gift card in the amount of CDN$1,000. There are a total of twelve (12) prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes having a total value of $12,000.
