Promotion Period: Canada’s Favourite Welch’s® Fruit Snack Voting Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins June 13, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends July 8, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Prize (150 total): A 12-count box of Welch’s® Mixed Fruit Snacks (ARV: CAD$2.70 each). Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guaranty of any kind. Limit one (1) Prize per person. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
