Polaris® Online Sweepstakes Giveaway
ELIGIBILITY: The online sweepstakes giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) and enter via our online form (“Event”). Employees of Polaris Industries Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. TIMING: The Promotion will run from September 1 st, 2016 through July 31st, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion if for any unforeseen reason the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned.
