The “Win a $250 Gift Card to JOE FRESH” (herein referred to as the “Contest”) is hosted by DARE Magazine Inc., 85 East Liberty Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K3R4. Entry begins at 7:00 AM EST on July 18, 2018 and closes at 11:59 PM EST on August 1, 2018 (“Contest Period”).
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry in to the Contest. b. Employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Host, JOE FRESH, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, affiliated and related companies, prize suppliers and members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they live) and household of such employees are not eligible.

• Among all valid Entries one (1) Winner will be drawn at random and will receive the following Prize to be utilized by the Winner: one (1) $250 CAD Gift Card to JOE FRESH. The gift card is subject to all terms and conditions imposed by the issuer and can be used to purchase any items at JOE FRESH.
Delivery of prizes:
• Delivery of the Prize will be done by courier/mail. The Winner will provide the Contest Host with their mailing address and the Contest Host will send the Winner their prize.
