Promotion Period: We’ve Got Your Back Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 8, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 18, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Prizes: There is a total of three (3) Grand Prizes available to be won in the promotion which includes the following: One (1) $2,500 Amazon gift card, One (1) $250 Herschel Supply Company gift card, and One (1) $250 grocery gift card of each winner’s choice. There are also eight (8) secondary prizes available in the promotion including the following: One (1) $800 Amazon gift card, One (1) Herschel Supply gift card and One (1) $100 grocery gift card of each winner’s choice. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize $3,000 USD. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each secondary prize $1,000 USD. The total ARV of ALL Prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $17,000 USD.
