CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 16th, 2018 and ends at 8:59 a.m. ET on May 7th, 2018 (the “Contest Period“) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further Entries (as defined below) shall be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY.To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: be a legal resident of Canada; and be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives or agents of ACH Food Companies, Inc. (“ACH”, or the “Sponsor“), its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

PRIZE.

• Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won and one (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The one (1) Grand Prize consists of:
  • One (1) $300 grocery gift card to be used at the national grocery store chain of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice.
• The Grand Prize has a value of three hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $300).
• The Sponsor and/or Sponsor representatives will contact the Grand Prize Winner to coordinate the prizing details once the Grand Prize Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Grand Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
• The selection of the preferred grocery store chain at which the grocery gift card will be redeemable will be selected by the Grand Prize Winner when the Grand Prize Winner is contacted to coordinate the prizing details.
• The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuer. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or an element thereof, with a prize or element thereof of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

 

• Weekly Prizes. There will be fifteen (15) weekly prizes (the “Weekly Prizes”) available to be won (five (5) for each “week” of the Contest Period) and fifteen (15) Weekly Prize winners (the “Weekly Prize Winners”). The fifteen (15) Weekly Prizes each consist of:
  • One (1) $50 grocery gift card to be used at the national grocery store chain of the Weekly Prize Winner’s choice
• The fifteen (15) Weekly Prizes each have a value of fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50).
• The Sponsor and/or Sponsor representatives will contact the Weekly Prize Winners to coordinate the prizing details once the fifteen (15) Weekly Prize Winners have been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Weekly Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
• The selection of the preferred grocery store chain at which the grocery gift card will be redeemable will be selected by each Weekly Prize Winner when the Weekly Prize Winner is contacted to coordinate the prizing details.
