CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 5th, 2016 and ends at 12:00pm EST on June 30th (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
(a) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec); and
(b) have reached the age of majority in their respective province/territory at the time of entry
PRIZES
(a) The prizes are hereafter referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. The Prize winner is hereafter referred to as a “Winner” or “Winners”.
(b) There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won by one (1) Prize Winner consisting of;
- i. Free Gas for a Year awarded in the form of Canadian Tire Gift Cards totaling $3,500 CAD.
(c) There are fourteen (14) Secondary Prizes available to be won by fourteen (14) Prize Winners consisting of;
- i. Four (4) Napoleon 4 Burner Legend Propane BBQ – Black. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $949.99 CAD each.
- ii. Ten (10) Free BBQ Propane for a Year – Each prize is the equivalent of 8 propane fills which is an ARV of $200. The winner will receive the prize in the form of a $200 Canadian Tire Gift Card.
(d) There are one thousand five hundred (1500) Instant Win Prizes available to be won by one thousand five hundred (1500) Prize Winners consisting of;
- i. Five hundred (500) Instant Win $5 Gas+ Gas Card – Approximate Retail Value $5 each.
- ii. One thousand (1,000) $2 Off Propane Coupons
