The Retweet and Reply to Win a Fitbit Contest
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins Monday January 8th, 2018 and ends Sunday January 28th, 2018 (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. There will be three (3) Contest weekly sub periods (each a “Sub Period”) which begin each Monday during the Contest Period as follows; January 8, 15, and 22 of the year 2018 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and end the following week Sunday as follows; January 14, 21, and 28 of the year 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (a) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) (b) be 18 year of age or older in their province/territory of at time of entry; and (c) have a valid Twitter account. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
PRIZES. (a) The prizes are hereafter referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes.” Prize winners are hereafter referred to as a “Winner” or “Winners.” (b) There are thirty (30) Fitbit Charge 2’s available to be won. Ten (10) per Contest Sub Period. (c) Each Winner will be eligible to win one (1) Fitbit Charge 2 per Contest Sub Period (d) Each Fitbit Charge 2, black, size small/medium has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of one hundred and sixty nine dollars ($169.00 CDN). (e) Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate retail value of the Prize, if any. (f) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its and its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. (g) The Sponsor shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
