ContestThe Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 29, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2018 (the “Contest Period“) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further Entries (as defined below) shall be accepted.

 ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: be a legal resident of Canada; and be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry.

 PRIZES.

Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won and one (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The one (1) Grand Prize consists of:

• One (1) $500 grocery gift card to be used at the grocery store chain of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice

• The Grand Prize has a value of five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $500).
• The Sponsor and/or Sponsor representatives will contact the Grand Prize Winner to coordinate the prizing details once the Grand Prize Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Grand Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
• The selection of the preferred grocery store chain for which the grocery gift card will be redeemable at will be selected by the Grand Prize Winner when the Grand Prize Winner is contacted to coordinate the prizing details.
• The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuer. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or an element thereof, with a prize or element thereof of equal or greater value if the Grand Prizecannot be awarded for any reason

Secondary Prizes. There will be four (4) secondary prizes (the “Secondary Prize”) available to be won and four (4) Secondary Prize winners (the “Secondary PrizeWinners”).The four (4) Secondary Prizes each consists of:

• One (1) $100 grocery gift card to be used at the grocery store chain of the Secondary Prize Winner’s choice

• The four (4) Secondary Prizes each have a value of one hundred Canadian dollars each (CAD $100).
• The Sponsor and/or Sponsor representatives will contact the Secondary Prize Winners to coordinate the prizing details once the four (4) Secondary Prize Winners have been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Secondary Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
• The selection of the preferred grocery store chain for which the grocery gift card will be redeemable at will be selected by each Secondary Prize Winner when the Secondary Prize Winner is contacted to coordinate the prizing details.
