The entry period for an ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW and/or ELLENTV.COM merchandise and/or services discount and/or giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by WAD Productions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), begins Monday, October 17, 2016 at 9:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Monday, October 31, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older as the date of entry, (b) legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia, but specifically (excluding the territory of Puerto Rico, Guam, America Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) and to legal residents of Canada who are residing in Canada (but excluding residents of Quebec) (“Entrant”).
