Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Urbane Scrubs FROM URBANE WITH LOVE Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 A.M., Central Time (“CT”) on Saturday, February 11, 2017, and will conclude at 11:59 P.M., Central Time (“CT”) on Monday, February 27, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Urbane Scrubs, P.O. Box 516, Olive Branch, MS 38654 (the “Sponsor”), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is restricted to residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes Start Date. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and any other entities directly associated with this sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

PRIZES: Three winners will receive (1) pair of ‘Excel’ shoes that will be awarded as Pop-Up Prizes.(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a beach getaway consisting of an (5) $1,000 Delta Vacation gift cards plus. The Prizes will be shipped to the winner by the 1st week of March, 2017. Prizes are non-transferable to another party. Prizes will not be substituted, nor cash value given nor any other equivalent gift offered if prize is lost, misplaced, stolen or does not arrive. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Prize is $40 per shoes, $5,000 for Delta Vacation gift cards. Total prize pool ARV is $5,120.
