The ‘$5,000 Room Makeover Contest’ (the ‘Contest’) begins on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) and ends on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 5:00:00 p.m. (EST) (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who have reached the legal age of majority in the province of Ontario at the time of entry.
THE PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
There will be four (4) $100 Gift Card Giveaways per month (8 in total) & one (1) Room Makeover Grand Prize consisting of a $5,000.00 CAD Room Makeover.
The Prize consisting of $5,000.00 is applicable towards Stoney Creek Furniture and/or accessories, delivery fee (only if outside Stoney Creek Furniture’s local trading area) and one hour of in-store design consulting, the combined value of which may not exceed $5,000.00 CAD. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable (except as may be specifically permitted by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize will only be awarded to the person whose verifiable full name appears on the Entry Form.
The Room Makeover prize has no cash value and should the Prize Winner refuse the Room Makeover, the Prize is forfeited and no substitution or cash equivalent will be awarded.
If the total dollar value of the Prize is less than $5,000.00 CAD, the difference will not be refunded to the Prize winner and the Prize winner will forfeit such difference.
