The “VANS Back to School Shopping Spree Contest” starts at 12:00pm EST on August 13th, 2018 and ends at 11:59pm EST on August 26th, 2018 (Boathouse 17 Keefer Rd., St. Catharines, ON L2M 6K4 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their Province/Territory of residence, whichever is older) . If you are under the legal age of majority in your province/territory of residence, you must have parents’ or guardians’ permission before providing personal information or entering the Sweepstakes. A prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, sales reps, prize provider and agents of the Sponsors and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Proof of identity must be furnished by request. All federal, provincial and local rules and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes is Void where prohibited by law and in the province of Quebec. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

PRIZE: (1) $550 VANS Shopping Spree. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $550 CAD. All expenses and taxes not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
The odds of winning the prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
