The Simple Resolutions Contest
This contest (the “Contest“) is sponsored by Burnbrae Farms Limited (“the Contest Sponsor“). The contest runs from 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on January 19th to April 2, 2018 at 11:59:59 E.T. (the “Contest Period“).
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as suppliers of materials or services related to this Contest, including the independent contest organization (collectively, the “Contest Parties“), are not eligible to enter the Contest. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules“).

Prizes
Grand Prize – There are five (5) Grand Prizes available to be won each consisting Burnbrae Farms merchandise (ARV: $40), free product coupons (ARV: $70), one (1) $100 Gift Card and one (1) OsterMD MyBlendMD Personal Blender (ARV: $39.99). (Total Grand Prize ARV: $250). Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at the Contest Sponsor’s option); (ii) Contest Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Grand Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award.
Collectively, the Grand Prize shall be referred to as the “Prizes“, and each a “Prize“.
Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person. Each Prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears on the applicable Entry.
