DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY. The Giveaway shall begin at 11:30am (EST) on September 9, 2015, and end at 11:59pm (EST) on October 31, 2015 (the “Giveaway Period”).
ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY – To enter the Giveaway, You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec). You must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
PRIZE(S) – There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner in total. The Grand Prize Winner will receive one prize comprised of the following components (collectively, the “Prize”): (a) one (1) pair of Christian Louboutin shoes of the Winner’s choice, valued at USD $900.00 or less; (b) one (1) case of assorted wines from the Rioja wine region of Spain. Wine cannot be shipped to UT, SD, OK, AR, MS, AL, KY, PA, HI or DE. Should the Winner reside in one of these states, they will receive a three-hundred dollar (USD $300.00) gift certificate to wine.com.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: USD $1,200.00.
