Promotion begins at 9:00am ET July 31, 2013 and ends 11:59pm ET August 6, 2013, by which time all entries must be received (“Entry Period”).

This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to individuals who are registered members of Facebook, are at least 16 years old at the time of entry, have access to the Internet, are physically located in and residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Canada. Participants may only enter the Promotion as individuals and not as part of a group.
PRIZES:
There will be one (1) winner during the Entry Period. The prize is a [Coach Barbie and a Coach Barbie Mini Accessories Kit] (ARV: $95). Coach will not replace a lost or stolen prize. Coach will not offer cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at Coach’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event that Coach is unable to provide the winner with the prize, Coach may elect, at Coach’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide the winner with the approximate retail value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Please allow 5-7 weeks for prize delivery. Prizes will only be shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada.
