The “We Heart You Giveaway Contest”
The “We Heart You Giveaway Contest” (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on Saturday, February 11th, 2017 and ends at 23:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Monday, February 13, 2017 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY Access to a computer and Internet access are required. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached 16 years of age as of the date of entry.If the entrant is a minor, as defined by the jurisdiction of the entrant’s province, territory or state of residence, the signature of a parent or guardian is required to claim the prize, otherwise the minor’s selected entry will be disqualified.

PRIZE
The winners will each be awarded one (1) 12 Tea Sampler of DAVIDsTEA’s Sweet Love 2017 Collection and one (1) Guava Pink Gold Hearts Nordic Mug (collectively, the “Prize”). Each Prize is valued at $49 CAD ($37 USD).
PRIZES MUST BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED. THE PRIZES MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND ARE NOT CONVERTIBLE TO CASH. DAVIDsTEA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE A PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
