The Contest closes at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 31, 2018. All entries must be submitted and received by the Sponsor by no later than 11:59:59 pm ET on March 31, 2018.
This Contest is open to all persons residing in the country of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory as of the first day of the Contest Period. WN Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), the independent judging organization appointed by the Sponsor (the “Judge”) and each of their respective affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies are collectively referred to herein as the “Contest Entities”. Employees of the Contest Entities and each of their immediate family members and/or those persons living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are all ineligible to enter or win the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Grand Prize Details:
There is one (1) grand prize available to be won for the Contest consisting of the following components:
• One (1) gift certificate with a value of five-hundred Canadian dollars ($500.00 CAD) to an officially licensed business that provides spa services.
• One (1) Fitbit Charge 2™ with Pure Pulse® technology
• One (1) stainless steel, double-lined Webber Naturals water bottle
The approximate value of the Grand Prize is seven hundred and nineteen dollars and ninety cents in Canadian dollars ($719.90 CAD).
Secondary Prize Details:
There are ten (10) secondary prizes (the “Secondary Prize” or “Secondary Prizes”) available to be won for the Contest and to be awarded. Each Secondary Prize will consist of one (1) Fitbit Charge 2™ with Pure Pulse® technology. The approximate value of the Secondary Prize is one hundred and ninety-nine dollars and ninety-five cents in Canadian dollars ($199.95 CAD).
Honorary Prize Details:
There are one hundred (100) honorary prizes (the “Honorary Prize” or “Honorary Prizes”) available to be won for the Contest and to be awarded. Each Honorary Prize will consist of one (1) stainless steel, double-lined Webber Naturals water bottle. The approximate value of the Honorary Prize is nineteen dollars and ninety-five cents in Canadian dollars ($19.95 CAD).
Bonus Prize Details:
There are one hundred (100) bonus prizes (the “Bonus Prize” or “Bonus Prizes”) available to be won for the Contest and to be awarded. Each Bonus Prize will consist of one (1) voucher for Webber Naturals Omega-3 products which can be redeemed at Canadian retail stores where Webber Naturals products are sold. The maximum value of the Bonus Prize is nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents in Canadian dollars ($19.99 CAD)
Further Prize Details:
All prizes are non-transferable. The total prize value of the Contest is approximately six thousand, seven hundred and thirteen dollars and forty-four cents in Canadian dollars ($6,713.44 CAD).
