The Jones Soda School’s Out For Summer giveaway (the “Contest”) starts on May 13, 2016 at 5 p.m. EST and ends on July 29, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is being conducted by Jones Soda Co. (the “Sponsor”). Participation in the Contest is limited to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and residents of Canada (reside).
CONTEST GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: During the contest, Jones Soda will choose (12) Weekly Winners at random and at the end of the Contest, Jones Soda will choose (1) grand prize winner from all entries at random. Weekly winners are still qualified to win the grand prize. Only (1) person, per household can win a weekly prize. In the event someone or someone from a household has already won a weekly prize, an alternative winner will be selected at random for that weekly prize.
