Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on August 22nd at 9:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 12th Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility: White House Black Market’s Jeggings Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is an online only sweepstakes, is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.), Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of White House Black Market, Inc., Offerpop, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
