The Little Tikes Big Memory Tree Contest
The Contest runs from 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) March 1, 2018 to 11:59 p.m. ET December 31, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open only to permanent lawful residents of Canada, who are at least 16 years of age, excluding: (i) residents of Quebec; (ii) any person who has, or whose immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members’ household), and/or persons with whom they are domiciled has been declared a winner of another contest sponsored by DHX Television Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) within 90 days of the start of the Contest Period; (iii) any person who has, or whose immediate family members, and/or persons with whom they are domiciled has already been declared a winner of this Contest in previous Monthly Entry Periods; and (iv) Employees, directors and officers, independent contractors, representatives, and agents (and their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether legally related or not) of the Sponsor, and MGA Entertainment Inc. (MGA Entertainment Inc. is the “Prize Provider“), their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies involved in this Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest or win any Prize. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Family Jr. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate this Contest in the event of any accident, or administrative or other error of any kind.

PRIZES

A random draw will be held, at or around 12:00 p.m. ET for each Monthly Entry Period, during the second week of each corresponding Draw Month as per the chart below at Family Jr.’s Toronto office, located at 207 Queens Quay West, Suite 550, Toronto, Ontario. There will be one draw per per Monthly Entry Period to fulfill this Contest. The chances of being selected to win a Prize in this Contest depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE
There is one Prize available to be won for each Monthly Entry Period:
- The Little Tikes™ ‘toy of the month’ as indicated on the Contest Website.
Approximate retail value of each Prize will be between $30.00 -$300.00, depending on the toy of the month. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
