Promotion PERIOD. The SEEDS OF CHANGE® Dining Event Instant Win Promotion and Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) commences on July 11, 2016, 1:00 pm (ET) and closes on August 14, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada who is 13 years of age or older and who is resident and present in Canada at the time of entry and has a valid email address.
PRIZES: There are a total Two Thousand and Two (2002) Instant Win prizes and Five (5) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes are available to be won at the outset of the Promotion.

Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for trip two (2) people to attend a Jamie Kennedy dining event in Prince Edward County, Ontario on Sept. 15. 2016. The trip includes economy flights for two (2) people to Toronto, Ontario, two (2) nights accommodation at a 4 star Toronto hotel (Double occupancy). Round trip Transfer from the hotel to Jamie Kennedy’s Farm in Hillier, Ontario to attend a dinner event catered by Chef Jamie Kennedy and One thousand dollars Canadian ($1000CAD) spending money issued in the form of a cheque.

The retail value of Trip is up to a maximum of three thousand Seven hundred Dollars Canadian ( $ 3700 CAD) based on a Vancouver departure example, although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure and time of travel.
