ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY – To enter the Giveaway, You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States (excluding HI and UT), the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec). except for the following and their employees and their families: Palm Bay International Inc., CAVIT All federal, state and local laws apply. DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY – The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01am (EST) on May 1, 2018 and end at 11:59pm (EST) on September 30, 2018 (the “Giveaway Period”).

PRIZE(S) – There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner in total. The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize comprised of the following parts from SWMG: (a) a three (3) night stay for two (2) people in a one bedroom king ocean view suite at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort 6801 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141; (b) complimentary daily breakfast for two (2) in the Strand Bar & Grille during the stay; (c) one (1) seven hundred and fifty dollar ($750.00) food and beverage (excluding alcohol beverage) credit to be utilized, during the stay only, at any hotel food and beverage (excluding alcohol beverage) outlet at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort; (d) one (1) seven hundred and fifty dollar ($750.00) spa credit to be used during the stay only; (e) one (1) complimentary welcome amenity (2) Callia® Wines premium bathrobes, and (1) Callia® Wines aromatherapy kit.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: USD $4,500.00
Secondary and third prize winners: There will be (1) secondary and (1) third prize drawings. The secondary winner will receive two (2) Callia® Wines premium bathrobes, and a third prize winner drawing will receive (1) Callia® Wines aromatherapy kit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Second Prize: USD $200 and third prize $75.
