CONTEST PERIOD: April 4, 2017 at or after 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) – April 18, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and GRUV MEDIA, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Northwest Territory and the Yukon Territory) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize: employees, contractors, directors, officers and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing/promotion agencies, and GRUV MEDIA, Inc. and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such individual are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize = $1,000 CDN. Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than stated Approximate Retail Value, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.
