ELIGIBILITY: The drawing is only open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE) as of the date of entry, as well as residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory as of the date of entry. The drawing is void (a) outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (including, without limitation, in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions), (b) outside of the following Canadian provinces and territories: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, and (c) wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees of the Sponsor (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”), the Sponsor Affiliates (defined as any entity, controlling, controlled by or under common control of the Sponsor) including authorized distributors of the Sponsor’s products or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. Residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Entries accepted beginning at 12:00:01 AM ET 12/1/2017 and ending 11:59:59 PM ET 2/28/2018. Entrants must fill out the online Havoc Launch Giveaway entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET 2/28/2018 and must be complete in order to be eligible.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about 3/5/2018. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone or email and will be required to:
- Acknowledge receipt of notification within three (3) days of initial notification attempt;
- If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone; and
- Complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
