PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion begins August 18, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (Eastern Time) and ends August 26, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (except the Province of Quebec) and who at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Prize consists of one (1) Throwback Fleece Capri, one (1) Throwback Fleece Crop, one (1) Throwback Fleece Short, and a gift code for the purchase of Soffe products fromwww.soffe.com in the amount of One Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($150.00). The approximate retail value of the PromotionPrize is Two Hundred Thirty-Four and 97/100 Dollars (ARV $234.97).
