The “Dose.ca and Linkin Park” contest

The “Dose.ca and Linkin Park” contest (the “Contest”) is held by Obox Éditions Inc. (the “Contest Organizers”). The Contest starts on April 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (ET) and ends on May 15, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”). There is one (1) Grand Prize to be awarded. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Contest is open to all Canadian legal residents who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time the entry form was submitted. Employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest (including, without limitation, Warner Music Canada Co. (“Warner”) as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individuals with whom such employees, agents and representatives are domiciled are not eligible to participate in the Contest. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited.

THE PRIZE

Entrants are eligible to win one (1) prize (the “Prize”) consisting of a trip for two (2) to Amsterdam, Netherlands taking place from June 19, 2017 – June 22, 2017 which shall include:

• Round-trip economy airfare for the Winner and his/her guest leaving together at the same time and from the same gateway from the Canadian International airport closest to the Winner’s home (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax or St. John’s) to Amsterdam, Netherlands (the “Trip”);
• Three (3) nights hotel accomodation at a hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion for the Winner and his/her guest based on double occupancy;
• Two (2) tickets to a Linkin Park concert taking place on June 20, 2017 in Amsterdam, Netherlands at Ziggo Dome; and
• Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 CAD) spending money.

Grand prize trip is valued at $3,000.00 CAD.

The following conditions apply to the Prize: (i) the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be permitted at the Contest Organizers’ sole and absolute discretion); (ii) the Contest Organizers reserve the right at any time to substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, at the Contest Organizers’ sole discretion, a cash award.
