CONTEST PERIOD The Contest entry period commences at 00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) May 4th, 2016, and concludes at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 14th, 2016 (“Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who, as at the start of the Contest Period, have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, have a valid passport and are able to travel to the Grand Prize destination.

GRAND PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE VALUE There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won. The Grand Prize consists of the following: Two (2) round-trip economy-class airfares from one of the following gateways; Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Halifax, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver; Seven (7) nights’ standard accommodation at a 4+ star-rated resort chosen by BOUCLAIR INC. in either Costa Rica, in a room based on double occupancy; All inclusive meal plan; and• transfers between the airport and hotel at destination. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500 CDN, although the actual amount will vary depending on the location of the departure airport at the Grand Prize winner’s place of residence and the destination country chosen by the Grand Prize winner.
